Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard shipping, which usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. During the checkout process, you will see the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance with returns or exchanges. Please note that we do NOT except returns / refunds for items that have been opened or sale items.

Items Eligible for Return:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If your popcorn arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
  2. Incorrect Orders:
    • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will send the correct product immediately at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email our customer service team at support@popcornpalace.biz or by calling our toll-free number at 1-800-ITS-CORN with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions, if applicable.
  3. Shipping:
    • If a return is authorized, securely package the product and include the RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  4. Processing:
    Once we receive your return, please allow us 5-7 business days to inspect the product and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
